With a score of 93/100 for the year 2024, Centigon France’s gender equality index demonstrates its commitment to professional equality.

The indicators assessed:

A pay gap of 0.6% in favour of women → 39/40 points

A gap in individual pay rises of 2% in favour of women → 35/35 points 

Female representation among the highest paid employees → 5/10 points
