The armoured Sentinel (XJ) Long wheel Base is the result of a close partnership between Centigon Security Group and Jaguar. It has completed vigorous road and ballistic performance tests and is certified by the independent test authority QinetiQ and the British governmental technical approval agency. The Jaguar is fully homologated and comes with a worldwide warranty from the global Land Rover / Jaguar network.

The protection, level B7, includes: four doors, complete glass, front, central and rear pillars, rear face, roof, firewall, rocker panels, wheel arches. The floor is protected against 2 DM51 grenades per square meter.

The base vehicle is supplied by Jaguar and prepared by Jaguar/Land Rover Special Vehicles and has a 3 full years Jaguar warranty. The chassis is fully modified to handle the additional weight including: brakes, springs, suspension, shock absorbers, rims and tires, sway bars, door hinges.
