Each year, companies with at least 50 employees must calculate and publish their Gender Equality Index on their website. Created within the framework of the Law for the Freedom to choose one's professional future, this index, out of 100 points, is calculated from 5 indicators:
· The gender pay gap,
· The gap in the distribution of individual increases,
· The gender pay gap, The gender pay gap in individual increases, The gender pay gap in promotions (only in companies with more than 250 employees),
· The number of female employees receiving a raise after returning from maternity leave,
· Parity among the 10 highest earners.
